FUNCTION OF MACHINE

Carton is erected and loaded product by operator. It is then placed into the machine with two top flaps open. Carton is then located by continuously moving flight-chain which passes it over hot-melt guns. These units apply hotmelt adhesive glue lines onto the inner flaps both sides. After the glue is applied the top flaps are automatically closed and sealed.

The 624 machine is desinged to erect end flap carton automatically, by means of a vacuum pick-off from the magazine, and to place them into a continously moving flight chain conveyor. The products are loaded manually into bucket conveyor and carried into loader which insert them into auto loader which inserts them into erected cartons. Then the carton flaps are closed and hot melt sealing both ends, and the filled-sealed cartons discharged from the delivery end of the machine.

This NP2000 machine is desinged to optimize production while cutting labour costs.

The 201NP machine is a semi-automatic case sealing machine desinged for the simultaneouse hotmelt adhesive closure of top and bottom flaps of regular slotted cased. The machine has been compacked to smallest possible size yet handle a size range comparable to other machine, has rollers infeed with conveyor belt table, simple height and width adjustment, adhesive pattern, including skip, simple adjustment by photo sensors, This machine is equipped with wheels for moving to location.
